TheMahatma GandhiSecondary School Flacq ( MGSS ) is one member of the seven schools run under the auspices of the MGI/RTI Council. It was set up in 2003. The school aims at being a top acting establishment and will endeavor to supply quality instruction to its pupils and enhances learning and larning chances for pupils bypromotinga larning environment in the school. The Management of MGSS took the committedness to supply quality instruction which is in line with the policy of the Mauritian Ministry of Education and Human Resources.

The survey seeks to place students’ perceptual experiences and outlooks of service quality at the degree of the school to be able to bridge the service spread and effort to better on the service quality offered to pupils.
