Aside from computing and reasoning ability, it is a must that an auditor should know how to express his thoughts in an oral and written communication.
Communication is perceived as a means of managing relationship with its customers and employees. It makes your client and your people satisfied with the work. Organizational goal becomes easier to achieve because trust and respect is build between the firm and the consumer.
The auditors also mentioned how effective communication will help the organization to move forward in resulting to customer’s satisfaction.
Internally, it creates a harmonious relationship between the auditors and the management. Thru proper communication, messages were able to deliver appropriately. Only important information should be conveyed to its employees, hear what others have to say and contribute your ideas for the improvement of the company.
Looking into two sides, when communication is being practiced and being observed for both customers and people inside the business, it will definitely generates profit and brings success in an organization.
